About Us

Pedals Cycle Centre is an independent retailer and has been established since 1982 with our original shop located in Bournemouth on the south coast.Our Bournemouth store can be contacted on 01202 301683. Our new Ferndown Store, pictured below, was opened in March 2009 and is  modern, spacious and has two floors full of bikes,accessories and clothing.

We have a dedicated Scott shop in shop upstairs with the largest display of Scott Bikes in Dorset. There is also a dedicated Brompton section on this floor displaying the Brompton bikes, luggage and spares. We also have Women specific bikes, helmets and clothing in store with a changing room to try on the various tops and shorts etc. 

The workshop area on the ground floor is open plan and equipped to a high standard. Our technicians are cytech trained and can carry out all levels of Servicing or repairs.

Our knowledgeable, friendly male and female staff can offer you advice if you are undecided as to what bike you are looking for. Our shop is easy to locate with on road parking to the front and free customer parking at the rear in our car park. Our customers tell us that our customer service is excellent but don't take their word for it come and find out for yourself.

We are the largest Scott stockist in Dorset and are an Authorised Scott Pro Shop and Reference Centre.
You will find the largest range of Scott bikes on show at our Ferndown Branch, including their carbon range .We have the Genius, Spark, Addict, Speedster, Scale, Aspect, Sportster, and Sub range in stock.We also have the ladies specific sportsters, speedster and contessa range.

We are also the largest Brompton stockist in Dorset and Hampshire. At our Ferndown Branch you will find a dedicated Brompton section with a good range of Brompton bikes ready to take away that day. The wait for Brompton if you have to order is now 12 weeks. Brompton are one of the finest folding bikes that you will ever see, being hand built to order at Kew Bridge in London.
