- Making your Payment
- We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express.
We also accept paypal.
The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price.
We also offer 0% Finance subject to terms and conditions on a wide range of bikes. Please contact for full details.
We use Black Horse as our finance company.

- A full set of contact details is included on our contact page including a simple form for you to use to email us.
- Shipping and Handling
- All bikes are assembled, tested, and then repackaged before shipping, with some assembly required before riding.
In order for us to get your bike to you safely the pedals will be removed, the front wheel and handlebars will sometimes be removed. The pedals are marked left and right and always need to be put on tightly using a 15mm spanner.
We aim to dispatch your item (s) within 24hours providing they are in stock. We do not dispatch over the weekend or Bank holidays.
A signature will be required on delivery of goods which may be at any time from 9am - 6pm Monday -Friday.
If you are not home when the courier tries to deliver, they should leave you a card with a contact number for your local depot for you to arrange for re-delivery or collection.
Though we can't guarantee that you will receive your bike on the chosen day, we will do our best to try and deliver when you specify.Please understand that delays can occur.
Pedals Cycle Centre cannot be held liable or responsible for any delay/problems arising as a result of the action of the courier company.
When you receive your items please sign for them as UNCHECKED. If there is obvious damage to the packaging then please state this on the couriers paperwork when you are signing for your items. ANY TRANSIT DAMAGE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY.
We will not accept any claim for goods signed unchecked; if you declare that you have received your item in good condition, it is very difficult to later claim that your item was in fact damaged in transit.
Smaller items will be sent out second class by Royal mail and should be with you in 2-3 working days. Proof of posting is always obtained from the post office. In the event of an item going missing the post office will not investigate this until 15 days have lapsed from time of posting. We get very little problems with our postal service but if we do then please be assured that we will deal with the situation as quickly as protcol will allow.

Please note that due to the massive increase in credit card and online fraud we reserve the right to refuse any order and for any reason. All fraudulent transactions will be passed to the Police without exception.

- Back Orders
- Once you have placed an order with us, we will be in contact with your soon after, to confirm the availability of your chosen products.
If your item is NOT in stock, we will contact you and you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase.
You will be offered the option to Back-Order the items and should you choose to do this, we will endeavour to give you a true indication of the date upon which you should expect to receive said goods. We will request a deposit for ordering specific goods on your behalf where relevant (these details will be given to you at the point when we contact you). If we fail to secure the goods you have back ordered within a reasonable (the estimated) time, you will be under no obligation to proceed further with that order. This is extremely rare. Should you choose to cancel a back ordered item BEFORE our expected delivery date, we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable proportion of any deposits already paid.

- Returns / Warranty
- Non-Warranty Returns
We will accept the return of any UNUSED items if they are received by us within 7 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) commencing from the day after the receipt of goods.
Initially please contact us to let us know that you are returning the item and why.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer for the safe return of the goods and for all the delivery charges involved with the transaction.
We stress that all such goods must be returned in a PERFECT UNUSED CONDITION complete with original packaging. The item must be packed in the same way as it arrived to avoid damage. Goods which do not comply with this condition will not be accepted by us.
In cases where a refund is due, we shall reimburse you within 3 days of our receipt of the returned goods, please note our carriage is provided as a service and is non refundable, This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's distance selling regulations.
Any item bought in error will be exchanged but you will be responsible for the return of the item ,and also for the cost of delivery when the exchanged item is returned to you.
Warranty Returns
If you feel that an item needs to be returned to us under warranty please inform us before you return the item and within the guarantee period stated on the handbook.
Pedals Cycle Centre liability covers parts only, but does not cover labour charges, transportation charges, labour charges from other cycle dealers or consequential loss. It is therefore the responsibility of the purchaser to return the cycle or component to us for assessment, replacement, or repair. All warranties are limited to replacement or repair only.You should note that any claim for failure shall be limited to that of the manufactures guarantees.
This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect.
YOU WILL NEED TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED TO US FOR WHATEVER REASON, MUST BE SENT USING A METHOD THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE AT OUR END, THIS WILL GIVE YOU PROOF OF POSTING AND SAFE ARRIVAL OF ITEMS RETURNED TO US.
- Before Using Your Purchase
- We strongly recommend before riding your cycle or using your accessories that you read and understand fully any relevant information supplied with it as the content supplied contains very important information regarding the safe operation of your cycle or accessories.
Servicing is a necessary part of enjoying your cycling, we highly recommend servicing being carried out by an approved dealer.
Please note failure to have your product serviced at an authorised dealer could mean your warranty becoming null and void - see owners manuals for details.
Adapting or changing specification to your cycle could invalidate your guarantee.
